what is REAL TALK RECOVERY?
Real Talk Recovery is a warm and welcoming support group specifically created for teens ages 14-18 who are navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, or body image concerns. In this safe, non-judgmental space, teens can openly share their struggles and successes, build meaningful connections with peers who truly understand, and develop practical coping skills to face life's challenges. Led by Hayley Addesa, LPC, a caring, experienced eating disorder therapist, the group emphasizes self-kindness, confidence, and authentic growth, empowering teens to feel supported and encouraged every step of their recovery journey.

An authentic, supportive environment where teens can openly share their struggles, victories, and goals in eating disorder recovery.
In the real talk recovery group, we believe in authentic conversations and genuine connections. Each week is structured to encourage honest dialogue, mutual support, and practical coping strategies, empowering you to reclaim your strength and confidence in recovery.
