Location: Hybrid Model: Virtual/Philadelphia or Virtual/West Chester. Fully remote positions available for PSYD’s credentialed in PSYPACT or in unique circumstances to be determined on a case-by-case basis
Salary: W2 Position with benefits for Full-Time employees.

REQUIREMENTS
LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD. We do take a limited number of pre-licensed professionals and provide all supervision towards licensure. Ideal pre-licensed candidates are highly motivated to learn and enhance skills, take feedback well, are motivated to work with a variety of clients, and are willing to work evenings. Must possess an active license to practice therapy or counseling in the state of PA, clinicians with multiple licenses are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required
Must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our positive minded group of clinicians
Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using a systemic lens.
