IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS

Immigration evaluations are a vital aspect of the legal process for many immigrants, capable of profoundly affecting the outcome of their cases by presenting a comprehensive, empathetic, and expert-backed perspective on their mental health and well-being.

WHAT IS AN IMMIGRATION EVALUATION?

The purpose of the evaluation is to document the immigrant's mental health and the potential psychological impacts of deportation or separation from family members due to immigration issues. It can highlight the presence of trauma, mental health disorders, or the psychological effects of persecution and abuse that the individual may have faced in their country of origin.

The results of an immigration evaluation can be pivotal in an individual's case and can often lead to a more favorable outcome, such as the granting of relief from deportation or the approval of a visa or other immigration benefits.
