Specialties: Individual
Hi! My name is Lisa. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide individual therapy for women who want to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Whether you're feeling unfulfilled in your career, navigating relationship challenges, working to be a more present parent, processing trauma, grieving a loss, or simply sensing that something could feel better - therapy can be a powerful place to begin.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in compassion. A valued strength I offer is my ability to build genuine connections with my clients - fostering a sense of safety and trust that creates the space for real growth to happen. In our work together, I will draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to your unique needs.
In our first session, we'll begin with introductions and spend time exploring what brought you to therapy. I'll work to understand what you've been going through while offering a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly and feel heard. Together, we'll begin identifying a focused and personalized path forward - one that honors your pace, respects where you are, and allows the work to unfold in a way that feels right for you.
I am a genuine, caring, and empathic clinician who truly loves this work. I believe every person has a story worth telling, and even after more than two decades in the field, I still feel honored when a client trusts me with theirs.
I have a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and have worked in Social Services and Behavioral Healthcare for 24 years between New York City and Philadelphia. My experience includes inpatient psychiatry and outpatient counseling, allowing me to support clients across a wide range of personal challenges with depth and perspective. I draw on this background to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps clients move forward in meaningful ways. I look forward to meeting you!
